As Deputy Director of External Affairs, The US Peace Corps, worked closely with the Director on a broad array of organizational and communications issues.

RESULT • Directed production and publication of The Peace Corps Times, the key communications tools for 6,000+ Peace Corps Volunteers worldwide. Planned and directed speechwriting, press releases, creative and editorial services for a 14-person communications department.

• Served as principal advisor to Peace Corps Director Elaine Chao on both internal and external communications issues. Provided executive liaison on task forces to negotiate priorities and promote Peace Corps programs.
