It’s another sad reflection on the dissolution of the West that there needs to be books~~and discussions~~about how to dress~~

Boys are supposed to be issued fathers and uncles when they are born to tell them the rules of the road here~~so that these rules are not necessary to actively consider but rather are~~a reflex action~~

It’s rather like writing~~I suppose some Holy Sister taught me how to make sentences in American English at some point~~but writing cannot really be learned past a certain age~~it is~~a reflex action~~or–more to the point here~~it~~very apparently~~ isn’t~~

If one were brought up correctly~~one’s mind says “it’s time to dress” and one simply does it~~if one weren’t brought up right~~one has to fret about and read books written by others who~~hopefully~~dress themselves in reflex action~~

I never have thought about either dressing or writing~~I just dress and write~~
