The Mafia is not the sort of girl who you can sleep with one night and put out of the room in the morning with a smart smack on the bottom. With her, it truly is until death do ye part.

Some friends say: “Oh, well the Democratic Party may have indeed been run directly by the trades unionists for years via indirect mob control of the unions, but that was a very long time ago.”

The Mafia still controls American Unions, which does make them different from European Unions, which are controlled by the Communists.

The blatant, unabashed, influence of the Mafia, most particularly in NYC Democratic Party politics may be less front page and visible than it was when I was young, but, make no mistake, the girl hasn’t gone away.

And she won’t.

Mafia money funds Unions which in turn fund and control American Democratic Party politics. And there’s plenty of money to go around.

The trick to understanding mob influence is to recognize that the mob does not want anything from politicians…except to be left alone to do their work in peace.

The mob has no position on, or interest in, health care insurance, Syria, Islamic state, Persia, Russia or anything else that newsgirls chatter on about.

Mobsters just want to make their money, which they then funnel to the unions, which in turn give the money, very openly, to the Democratic Party.

Money derived of drugs running alone is surely more than enough to have polluted all levels of American politics, government, police and court systems.
