Majesty and Humility~~HRM and RR
I want to share a story with you. If you look at this picture you see the time when the Reagans hosted the Queen and Prince Philip at their modest ranch house built by Reagan himself. During this visit we learned that the Royal Couple had their own modest cottage. No servants allowed. She did the cooking and he the “washing up “. I remembered this while watching the dignified and magnificent tribute to a man who walked behind and was a leader by playing second. He did the washing up. I like to think of this as the humility to lead by example not by position. It’s not grand. But a true and authentic way forward that works. Here’s to all the leaders who walk behind. #leadershipcoaching

As was Reagan. HER MAJESTY, THE PRINCE and Reagan all loved to ride horses–QUEEN got her first pony at age three
