Minimum wage equals poverty: ALWAYS

The poor man has been marked down.

And..OUT.

So much for the heavenly elixir of Democratic Party high minimum wages in a future in which there are no jobs at all.

My Dear Guy:

There are those who say that they will help the poor man by raising taxes on the rich man and, in so doing, raise the minimum wage.

Silly children:

The minimum wage is defined as poverty, or, didn’t Democrats get that far in school?

The minimum wage means:

Poverty.

No matter what dollar figure desperate Democrats put to it, the minimum wage will always mean:

Poverty.

There is a thought in classic economics:

That dismal discipline:

Called:

“The marginal utility of labor,”

A notion which dictates that:

If the laborer costs the boss too much money, the laborer, very, very shortly, will have:

NO WAGE AT ALL.

Thanks for the helping hand Democrats!!

Even Democrats, or perhaps, maybe SOME of them, ought to understand that redefining poverty does nothing to alleviate poverty or help the poor man.

Democrats, now desperate, have abandoned any pretense to help the poor man get a good, stable and real job.

Instead, Democrats tell the poor man that the rich man is his enemy and the trick to do is to steal the rich Man’s money by taxing the rich man and sending the receipts to Washington to be gambled away.

Democrats are both coy and disingenuous to say these silly things as we all know that taxes, taken for anybody, go to Washington, where I always live and watch, to be wasted.

We ask Democrats:

How does taking more taxes from the rich man to waste at Washington, help the poor man, who simply needs a real, decent job?

Not a job predicated upon a contrived re-definition of his poverty.

The poor man already knows all about his poverty:

The poor man wants a real and decent job so that he can get out of his poverty:

Neither the poor man, nor the rich man, wants more money stolen from anybody to be squandered at Washington:

Which is:

A twisted contrivance of the Democrats designed to hoodwink the poor man into thinking that the Democrats are helping him.

A contrivance that helps no one but for Washington politicians and their pals, who can then waste the new tax money on gambling.

Guy, I must say:

Well done by by your Mr Alan Keyes regarding the tenuousness of liberty–the concern I increasingly have Guy, is that in the future, more and more, there simply won’t be any jobs–no jobs–technology looks to put us all out of business–out into pasture.

I’d be interested to know what you and your Mr. Alan Keyes think about that looming condition–a world without jobs–literally.

In such a world, of universal unemployment,

Where is freedom??

Does freedom even matter in such a place?

I had a talk with a businessman the other day–a bright and well-meaning fellow who said to me: “I don’t need any of my workers–none of them–keeping them around is just a dated habit.”
